Just a note to say thank you for all your help and to tell you that we are delighted with the new bathroom. You provided us with a lot of advice, and a bathroom which met both our wish list (giant shower for James!!) an9 our budget (the scary bit for me! I). Bryan's installation service was reliable, efficient and friendly, and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to others. f enclose a cheque for the balance that we owe you for the pump, and I am waiting for Brian's balance account to settle up with him. | I saw BPM's ad in SW magazine, saying they specialised in small bathrooms, and as I have a small bathroom and toilet which desperately needed renovation, I went along to their showroom in lavender Hill to have some discussions, bringing with me some drawings and rough measurements. From the first, the service and attention I received from both Peter and Richard was excellent. They advised on budget, and went through various possibilities before suggesting tiles and various products. A visit to look at my flat followed, after which an estimate for products and installation by one of their teams was given to me. Clearly, getting everything done by the same team was going to be much more convenient than organising separate plumbers, tilers, electricians, etc. I decided to proceed and they were happy to adapt to my dates which changed a bit due to various things. The work was carried out to a very high standard, and by the end everything looked very nice "indeed. There was the odd hitch - a new WC installed was found to have a hairline crack - something which rarely happens apparently - but this was swiftly dealt with - a new one was quickly obtained and installed in its place. I saw the work developing daily and so grew used to the look of the finished rooms. But the test was when my brother and his wife came round - having had their own bathroom done recently by a different firm. They were bowled over by the products, the design and the quality of the installation - and if you knew how picky my brother is you'd realise that's some praise. All in alii would therefore highly recommend BPM for its products, its design input and its installation teams - and the first rate quality of the customer service provided by Peter and Richard - before, during and after. | Dear Peter & Richard Just a quick note to thank you for the installation of my bathroom. I am extremely pleased with the finished result, it looks fantastic. I am very happy with the design, quality of the fittings and the whole process of the installation. You managed to fit ~he installation in before Christmas which I appreciated and kept perfectly to the original schedule. I was also pleased that the flat was kept as clean as I imagine is possible during major works. There was a small teething problem with the toilet immediately after installation but I was impressed that you sent someone to resolve this within hours of my informing you and on a bank holiday. As you know, I came to you on the strength of a recommendation from my colleague and I too would now happily recommend you to anyone looking to fit a new bathroom. In fact, as I have mentioned to you, my girlfriend is so impressed with my new bathroom, she wants you to overhaul her bathroom too!
